Key points you should know
- Operator must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license
- MO Boating Safety Certificate required if born on/after Jan 1, 1984
- Daylight hours only, mile markers 32–59
- No drugs, alcohol, pets, BBQ grills, or beaching
- You’re responsible for damage at cost plus 20%, cleaning fees if returned dirty, and fuel if returned less than full
- All passengers and operators must sign a waiver at the walkthrough
